I offer in-person energy healing and oracle card readings in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Sessions are grounded in my Reiki training but guided intuitively through Source energy for your highest good.
Energy healing promotes relaxation, eases stress, and supports a sense of balance—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Each session creates a calm, reflective space where you can feel lighter, more centered, and supported, allowing insight and awareness to surface naturally.
Clients remain fully clothed and relax comfortably on a massage table while hands are placed on or hovered over areas of the body and energy field. Subtle sensations—warmth, tingling, buzzing, or even images, words, or colours—may arise. Many clients feel deeply relaxed or even fall asleep.
Sessions are supported by gentle guidance from Source and your own inner wisdom.

During the session, I may receive intuitive impressions—images, words, or sensations—that highlight themes that are meaningful for you right now.
A gentle, heart-centered session combining hands-on energy work with intuitive guidance to support you through loss, change, or major life changes.
As a trained Reiki Master, I use a framework similar to a traditional Reiki session, while also channeling Source energy and inviting our healing teams to support you.
During the session, I may receive intuitive messages related to themes that are meaningful for you at this time, offering guidance and space for acceptance, healing, and renewal.
This 90 min session combines calming hands-on energy work with an intuitive oracle card reading.
