Michelle Smith is a holistic health professional, intuitive healer, artist/crafter, and community connector based in Regina, Saskatchewan. She is the founder of Higher Self Holistics, where she combines hands-on healing, creative expression, and heart-centered events to support mind-body-spirit wellness and soulful connection.

Michelle’s main healing modalities are Reflexology, Reiki, and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH). She discovered reflexology during a personal health crisis and was inspired by its profound physical and emotional benefits. Since then, she has deepened her skills through certifications in Reflexology, Reiki (including Advanced Reiki Training/Reiki Master), Thai Hand Reflexology, and BQH.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Michelle integrates her passion for healing with her fascination for astrology, numerology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and other spiritual self-growth systems. She offers clients holistic guidance to restore balance, cultivate inner clarity, and embrace their own authentic path.

In addition to one-on-one healing, Michelle creates sacred spaces for community connection through local artisan markets, workshops, and festivals—including the beloved Higher Heart CommuniTEA events—which bring “like-hearted” individuals together to celebrate creativity, healing, and conscious living. A portion of proceeds from these gatherings are donated to local charities, reflecting Michelle’s commitment to community care.

Michelle also enjoys teaching children and teens about self-care and stress management, helping the next generation develop healthy habits for lifelong wellness.
