The Higher Heart CommuniTEA is an informal collective of heart-centered individuals who gather at local events in Regina to share their passions, creativity, and inspiration.
There’s no membership—just a shared intention to connect.
We gather through artisan markets, holistic festivals, celebrations, and meaningful conversations. Our events are casual, cozy, and often hosted in hidden gem spots around the city.
We value creativity, curiosity, kindness and community care.
Each participant is deeply valued and brings their own energy—whether that’s offering their gifts as a healer, creator, or artist; sharing wisdom as a speaker or guide; or simply arriving with an open heart.
Through the CommuniTEA Pass and other donation-based efforts, we give back to our wider community by supporting local nonprofits with our shared intention.
Together, we’re co-creating a world where the higher heart leads.

Artisan Markets
Our seasonal Higher Heart CommuniTEA Markets bring together heart-led makers, healers, and intuitives for a cozy and uplifting experience. They’re also a tea party!
These curated artisan markets feature mostly handmade goods, natural products, and unique offerings — alongside a few select readers and practitioners. Common offerings for 1:1 sessions include tarot & oracle readings, Reiki, tea leaf readings and energy balancing.
Come shop, have a cup of tea with friends, and soak in the warm energy that makes these gatherings so special.
Summer Festival
Held each August in Wascana Park, our Higher Heart CommuniTEA Summer Festival is a celebration of healing, creativity, and conscious connection. Rain or Shine we’ll be there!
This high-vibe, indoor and outdoor gathering features local artisans, intuitive readers, holistic healers, food trucks, live music, yoga, group workshops & presentations, and more — all in a beautiful park setting.
It's a day to raise your frequency, meet kindred spirits, and remember how good it feels to belong.
Heart-Centered Biz Bash
In February, we hosted our very first Heart-Centered Biz Bash—a magical evening designed to celebrate and uplift our local community of entrepreneurs, makers, artists and supporters.
Guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks, live music, an inspiring guest speaker, prize draws plus time to socialize…and dance!
The response was so warm and enthusiastic that we’re already dreaming of making the Heart-Centered Biz Bash an annual tradition. Stay tuned for updates on future events—we’d love for you to join us at the next one!

About the Higher Heart Chakra:
Your Higher Heart chakra (also known as the thymus chakra and other names) is a lesser known but important energy center that rests in between our heart and throat chakras and is linked to our thymus gland. It's related to our physical immunity, our aging process and also to our capacity for compassion, forgiveness, communication and connection. I believe that as a collective, and individually, we're working on clearing, purging and activating this chakra center. There is fascinating research that shows the thymus gland grows when we're happy and shrinks when we're stressed.
Is the secret to life and health (and staying young) about shifting your day-to-day routine to do more of the things you love and less of the things you don't love? Maybe!
