Michelle Smith is the owner of Higher Self Holistics. She's an intuitive energy healer who offers Reiki, astrology, and other healing modalities.  She supports clients through challenges like grief, major life transitions, and health issues—helping them regain balance and a sense of clarity in their lives.

In addition to one-on-one healing, she hosts local artisan markets, workshops, and festivals—including the Higher Heart CommuniTEA—which bring like-hearted individuals together to celebrate creativity, alternative healing, and community.

A passionate gardener, she loves growing heirloom plants from seed, seed saving, and discovering unique edible perennials that grow in our zone. After leaving a 25-year office career in 2022, Michelle turned to her garden to decompress and began creating botanical plaster cast artwork (also called botanical bas relief art), a technique that preserves the natural beauty of plants in sculpted form. She has recently begun sharing this art with others through workshops.
